Pasquale F. Giannetta has been an attorney since 1987. He attended Seton Hall Law School where he served as the President of the Peter Rodino Law Society. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Giannetta served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, J.S.C., the current Assignment Judge in Monmouth County.
After completing his clerkship with Judge Lawson, Mr. Giannetta served with the Essex County Prosecutor’s office as an Assistant Prosecutor for approximately two years after which he worked as an associate attorney practicing both civil and criminal litigation until 1995 when he opened his own practice in Wayne, New Jersey. A second office is now located in Newark, New Jersey. He concentrates his practice on criminal law, personal injury and civil litigation. As a practicing trial attorney, he has litigated over 50 jury trials.
Mr. Giannetta has served as arbitrator in UM and UIM insurance disputes and negotiates major settlements with insurance carriers. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in matrimonial matters, and represents clients with immigration matters in both New Jersey and New York.
