The Defendant was charged with Possession of Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, second degree, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, third degree, and Pointing, fourth degree.
At the conclusion of trial, Defendant was found not guilty of all charges.

The Defendant was charged with Possession of Narcotics, second degree, Possession with Intent to Distribute, second degree.
At the conclusion of trial, Defendant was found not guilty of all charges.
State v. Scaldini
Municipal Court DWI
The Defendant was charged with DWI after being involved in a motor vehicle.
After the conclusion of a Motion to Suppress in Linden Municipal Court, the Court suppressed the breathalyzer results and dismissed the DWI.

The Defendant was indictment for 2nd Degree Burglary, 2 Degree Aggravated Assault, 3rd Degree Possession of Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, and 4th Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
After a 3 day trial, the Defendant was found not guilty of all the indictment charges.

As a result of a slip and fall accident at work the Plaintiff sustained injury to her wrist.
At the conclusion of the jury trial, the jury found the Defendant one hundred percent liable and awarded the Plaintiff damages in the amount of $100,000.00
